Kenneth J.
Gilmore
is the Senior Investment Executive of Financial Consultant Group. Prior to FCG, Ken
had been a Vice President, with Merrill Lynch,
Pierce, Fenner and Smith Inc. During his nine
years with Merrill Lynch, Ken received
considerable advanced training and received the
designation of Certified Financial Manager.
Business Philosophy
Ken's business philosophy, and that of FCG is
based on the establishment of long-term client
relationships. While at Merrill Lynch, Ken
realized that such relationships could not be
established simply by picking random stocks and
bonds. Instead, he recognized that most of his
clients' needs were complex and required an
overall investment strategy. By listening
carefully to each client and placing their needs
first, Ken successfully applied a comprehensive,
need-driven investment approach to their
portfolios. Today, this comprehensive approach
toward investment planning is the guiding
principle at FCG. The company is committed to
studying all of its client's needs including long-term
financial planning. From there, FCG works
carefully with each individual client to custom-design
a complete investment program.
